In june, july and august we here in Arabær which is just 1 hours drive from Reykjavík, are going to offer courses and riding tours for people that want to buy horses or just want to have a nice exciting day horse riding. Teaching will be in hands of Hallgrímur and Sævar. It is a great opportuninty to get to know the horses that you are mabye thinking of buying or are interested in. We have many years experience in selling horses and we feel that this is a very beneficial thing for potential buyers to do. The .......

Surronding contry side is with wonderful nature and amazing veiws both close to the sea and into the land and the many mountain ranges. We also offer for riders and non riders the chance of a proffesional massage to relax and wind down. Accommodation can be found in the nearby town Stokkseyri which is just in a 16 km drive from us in Arabær. Also located in town are a number of activities including a great lobster restaurant Fjöruborðið and a number of interesting and fun museums. For those feeling a little more adventurous there is kajaking sutable for the whole family and a cosy coffie house just a stone throw from where the kajaking takes place, all in run by the same friendly people.

Selfoss, the biggest town here in the south of Iceland is also just 28 km from us. There can be found a hotel, guesthouse and a number of restaurants, Public swimming pools are both in Stokkseyri and Selfoss.
